你创建的信息
Fieldora 可能保存你主动创建或导入的文字、照片、扫描件、语音说明、可选位置信息、行动项、报告和备份文件。这些信息仅用于提供 Fieldora 的现场记录、复核、行动和报告功能。
本地存储与无账号
Fieldora 不要求创建账号，也不提供 Fieldora 云服务。你的记录、原始媒体、生成的 PDF 和应用设置均保存在设备本地。Fieldora 不包含广告、跟踪或分析 SDK。
权限
仅当你使用相关功能时，Fieldora 才会请求以下权限：
- 相机：拍摄照片和扫描文档，以创建现场记录。
- 位置：仅在你主动选择时，将当前位置添加到采集内容。
- 麦克风：录制你主动添加的语音说明。
- 语音识别：仅在设备支持本地离线识别时，将已保存的语音说明转换为文字。
你可以随时在 iOS“设置”中调整这些权限。拒绝某项权限时，相关功能可能不可用，但其他本地记录仍可访问。
分享与备份
Fieldora 在设备上生成报告和备份。只有当你主动使用系统分享或导出功能时，报告、PDF 或备份才会离开应用。导出后，接收方、存储服务或你选择的位置会依照其自身的隐私与安全规则处理该副本。
备份可能包含本地数据库、原始媒体和报告，请将导出的备份保存到你信任的位置。
删除与控制
你可以在 Fieldora 中删除单个项目，并从“最近删除”中永久移除符合条件的项目。你也可以通过应用的恢复流程重置全部本地 Fieldora 数据。由于 Fieldora 没有账号或云服务，Fieldora 无法为你找回已删除的本地数据。

Fieldora is an offline field-record and report app. This policy explains how the current iOS version handles information created in the app.
Information you create
Fieldora may store the text, photos, scans, voice notes, optional location, actions, reports, and backup files that you choose to create or import. This information is used only to provide Fieldora’s field-record, review, action, and report features.
Local storage and no account
Fieldora does not require an account and does not provide a Fieldora cloud service. Your records, original media, generated PDFs, and app settings are stored locally on your device. Fieldora does not include advertising, tracking, or analytics SDKs.
Permissions
Fieldora requests access only when you use the related feature:
- Camera: to take photos and scan documents for a field record.
- Location: to add your current location to a capture when you choose to do so.
- Microphone: to record a voice note that you choose to add.
- Speech Recognition: to transcribe a saved voice note only on devices that support on-device, offline recognition.
You can change these permissions at any time in iOS Settings. If you deny a permission, the related feature may be unavailable, while your other local records remain available.
Sharing and backups
Fieldora generates reports and backups on your device. A report, PDF, or backup leaves the app only when you explicitly use the system share sheet or export flow. Once exported, the recipient, storage provider, or location you choose controls that copy under its own privacy and security practices.
Backups can contain your local database, original media, and reports. Keep exported backups in a location you trust.
Deletion and control
You can delete individual items from Fieldora and permanently remove eligible items from Recently Deleted. You can also reset all local Fieldora data from the app’s recovery flow. Because Fieldora has no account or cloud service, Fieldora cannot retrieve deleted local data for you.
